1) Consultancies help companies in doing their ground work done very efficiently and effectively as they are always connected with a large pool of resources and are specialized in the domain of matching people with the organization's requirement.
2) Consultancies acts as a facilitator between Org's HR & Candidates as both parties open up and share their requirements genuinely with the consultant which in turn help consultants to match the right combo. Salary negotiations becomes very easy by having right consultants in place
3) Organizations mitigate their risks to some extent by using consultants as the candidate has to go through 2 different evaluation process (Informal with Consultants which help them further improve and formal with Orgs.). |
