How much does it cost to join Zyoin?
Referrers can join Zyoin for free. Employers can post jobs on Zyoin for free.

Can anyone join?
Yes, anyone can join.

Are my details kept securely?
All members’ details are kept securely on Zyoin server and are never passed on to any third parties. The data is protected under our privacy policy.

How will you normally contact me?
Should we need to contact you, we will use the e-mail address or mobile number provided by you when you registered. You can at any time modify and update your contact details.

What type of Zyoin accounts are there?
You can join as a employer or as a referrer.

Can I have several accounts?
As a Referrer you can have only one account. We verify based on the email address provided. So there is always a possibility of same referrer creating a new account using a different email address.But we do not see any benefit of doing this for you.
As an Employer or Recruiter you are joining on behalf of the company you will be provided one account for each of your contact person.

Can I refer myself for a job?
No, you can only apply if you are referred by someone.

If I am a professional recruiter, is there any advantage of collaborating with Zyoin?
Of course. There are more than 10000 recruitment firms in India but only 20 to 30 are “branded”. We understand that this is no measure to judge the search capabilities of the rest. We know that there are quite a few excellent recruiters working for smaller companies with limited geographical reach or limited clientele. Through Zyoin you can reach beyond these constraints and it doesn’t even have to hinder with your already existing client service!

What happens once my friend accepts my referral?
When your friend accepts the job and provides his resume, it is evaluated for an appropriate match against the job description and if found suitable then it is forwarded to the Employer. If not suitable it is rejected and a rejection message is displayed in your account.

Can I refer my friends resume directly, without letting them know?
Yes, you can directly upload their resumes from your account.

I am a student. Am I eligible for earning rewards?

It does not matter what you do as long as

Whoever you refer be suitable for the position.
Whoever you refer be at least 18 years of age.
That you have a bank account in the name you used to register at the website. Payments will not be entertained in names other than that of the referrer or in cash.

How many people can I refer for each Job opening?
You can refer as many of your contacts as you wish. But, Zyoin expects you to be rational while sending the Job invitations. Job should be referred to contact, who you think matches the job description. In case we find that you are misusing the System, we might decide to de-activate your account.

What is a successful referral?
A successful referral is when a Candidate referred for a position is employed by the Employer and joins the company. The candidate needs to work in the company for a period of at least 45 days for the Referral process to be complete.

How do I know when a referral has been successful?
Zyoin keeps track of candidate referred through the portal. You can check My Referral section after logging into the portal for updates on your candidates and My Rewards section for updates on your cash rewards.
However, We also recommend you to keep in touch with your Candidate and track the progress of your Referral and inform us when you believe your candidate has joined the company.

What happens if the same candidate is referred by two different Referrers?
It doesn’t matter how many referral a candidate receives for a particular job. The first reference, through which we get in touch with the candidate, will be given the credit.

When and how do I get paid?
We will pay you after 45 days of joining of the candidate. You can choose to receive a cheque or be paid directly into your bank account. Any costs and expenses incurred by Zyoin in respect of the payment method will be borne by you.

How will I know how much rewards have I gained?
Every registered user has 'My Rewards" section after login. There, you can find the number of successful referrals, the rewards that are due and rewards that have been dispatched.

Do I have to register to make referrals?
Yes. In order to make a referral, you will have to first register with Zyoin as a referrer.

Do I have to put my resume to be able to refer?
As a referrer you do not need to put up your resume as we understand that you may not be looking for a change.

Who do I refer?
Just about any of your friends who you think is suitably qualified for a job vacancy that you see on the web site. All you need to do is send them the job description and request them to accept.

How can I refer friends? Exactly where can I do that from?
Referring friends through Zyoin is very simple. While going through the job listings if you find an interesting job profile, you may click on the “refer” link. Using the first radio button you can send as many referral invitation mails to candidates as you want. They will need to accept your invitations with their resumes. If you have your candidates' resumes you can uploaded it directly using the second radio button.

How can I maintain my contact list with Zyoin?
You can import your contact list from various email providers such as gmail, yahoo, AOL etc at a single click. And when you come across an interesting job description you can refer it to them.

Are all jobs on your website with rewards?
Yes, there are no jobs without reward.

In a month how many referrals can I make?
As many as you want. But think first, because this is about quality, not quantity. You get nothing at all from referring your whole address book to every job you see. One good candidate is all you need to be successful.

Is there a guarantee that I will be paid the reward amount?
As long as the company has successfully hired your friend, yes.

Will the company know my real name as referrer? Will they know more?
No, the company will not be able to view any of your personal details. However, you will need to fill in your details to be able to collect your reward, as the cheque will be made out to the name you have provided.

Can a friend decline the referral?
Sure. If your friend does not like the idea of a new job, he/she will probably do so.

Can I refer a friend already referred once?
Not to the same job. But every referral has a 90 day expiry period. If your friend does not take any action on a referral then you can refer him for the same job after it expires.

How many referrals can I make for a single job?
As many as you want. But think first, because this is about quality, not quantity. You get nothing at all from referring your whole address book to every job you see. One good candidate is all you need to be successful.

How much can I earn through making referrals?
There is no limit. You’ll get rewards for every placement you make.

How much is the reward amount?
The amount of the reward will depend on the position offered. Every job description you see in Zyoin will have a reward.

What if any complaints arise?

We acknowledge the power of recruitment agencies. Their expertise in the industry is beyond comprehension. You can join as an employer and post your clients’ requirements and reach out to those candidates you always wanted to but couldn’t. Another option is to join as a referrer and help your vast network get into those companies who you’ve always wanted to partner with, and get cash reward!!!

How long will my job posting be live on Zyoin?
Every job posting will be Live for 90 days, unless it is refreshed.

How will I be able to view resumes for my jobs?
You will be given a User Id and Password with which you can log into Zyoin to view resumes against every job opening.

Do I have to pay rewards?
No, you have to pay only when a candidate is placed successfully in your company as per the contract signed between you and Zyoin.Rewards are decided and paid by Zyoin.

Will I get screened resumes by Zyoin?
Yes, Zyoin will screen all resumes after assessing every individual. You will receive only a limited number of resumes in your Zyoin account.

How is it different from traditional recruiting?
Zyoin differs from traditional recruiting by enabling companies to address a group of candidates they could not get with traditional means - all those who are not active in the job market, but can be motivated to consider a new job when referred by a friend.

Can I register two or more companies through a single registration form?
No, you cannot register more than one company through a single registration form.

How many jobs can I post through a single registration?
You can post unlimited jobs, as a single registered company.

If I register with Zyoin, am I under a contract to post jobs?
The contract is bound by time and it only makes sense to post the job descriptions instead of leaving it idle.

Do you guarantee number of resumes?
No, usually we do not guarantee number of resumes. However, for premium customers we do guarantee as Zyoin.com also has an in house team of recruiters as well.

How can I post jobs?
Posting jobs is easy.
1) Register as an employer
2) You will be contacted by customer service to verify your identity
3) Post your jobs under "post a job"
4) A reward will be decided by Zyoin and your job description along with the reward amount will be posted within 24 hours.

Can I include my company’s logo with the job ads?
Yes, you can include your company’s logo with the job ads. As a default setting, the company’s logo is visible alongside of all jobs that you post. However you may request us to keep it confidential.
