Zyoin pays Referrers Cash rewards not only for closing position, but also for processing right candidates. A right candidate is the one who is shortlisted by the client and then he/she attends interview with them.
 
This is how we pay you:
 
Zyoin pays you in two different scenarios as described below:
 
A. You need to refer a qualified candidate, who gets an offer and then joins organization through Zyoin. The reward amount is specified against each position, as displayed below. Do have a look at it before you refer profile. This amount is paid within 45 days of joining of the candidate in the form of cheque, which can either be collected from Zyoin office or mailed to you by courier.

B. We also pay you by our 'Point System', where the referrer is rewarded based on the points accumulated. The Point System is solely based on the effort put by the referrer in sourcing the right candidate rather than on the actual closure of the job opening. So he/she would still make money even if the candidate doesn't get an offer through us.

We give a cumulative amount of 100 points for every candidate attending interview with our client. Every 100 points is equivalent to Rs 100 and is redeemable in 1000's.

 
Preferred Referrer Program:
 

Over and above these rewards, we also have preferred referrer programs in which we give rewards and certificates in the following scenarios:

 
  • 20 Shortlisted profiles by employer in a month: Rs 4000 + Silver Certificate of appreciation
     
  • 10 Shortlisted profiles by employer in a week: Rs 2500 + Gold Certificate of Appreciation
     
  • 3 Offers in a month: Rs 10000 + Platinum Certificate of Appreciation
