Zyoin.com is looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to proactively identify and assess technical talent for our clients. The full-time role will support a small team of recruiters with the objective of increasing the candidate pipeline through assessing qualifications and discussing appropriate job opportunities.
Responsibilities
•Performing complete lifecycle of recruitment process that includes sourcing, screening, reference check and interviewing potential prospects for different requirements of existing and new clients.
•Conducting searches according to the requirements received from the clients and accomplish optimum and timely delivery of the results
•Scheduling interviews for the short-listed prospects and train them according to the client screening process
•Handling initial rounds of HR interview in order to judge the candidate suitability, attitude, academic and professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc before forwarding it to the client.
•Effective Communication with the Client. Creating and maintaining database effectively and managing candidates and clients information that helps the company in a long run.
Requirements
•Only local candidates preferred
•At least 2 years experience in a technical research environment, search firm or in-house recruiting team dealing with end-to-end recruitment
•Experience sourcing Operations and IT engineers a plus
•Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
•Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners, candidates and agencies
•Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure
•Knowledge of programming languages, web technologies, software development process and emerging technologies a plus
