We have heard a lot about Linkedin. How useful is it for recruitment?

Hi,

It is quite useful for senior management, since it saves lot of time and you get the right candidate. Infact, I had got my last job through LinkedIn only. I have also been getting job inquiries through some reputed international placement consultants.
