The full-time role will support a small team of recruiters with the objective of increasing the candidate pipeline through assessing qualifications and discussing appropriate job opportunities.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Responsibilities &lt;br /&gt;•Performing complete lifecycle of recruitment process that includes sourcing, screening, reference check and interviewing potential prospects for different requirements of existing and new clients.&lt;br /&gt;•Conducting searches according to the requirements received from the clients and accomplish optimum and timely delivery of the results&lt;br /&gt;•Scheduling interviews for the short-listed prospects and train them according to the client screening process&lt;br /&gt;•Handling initial rounds of HR interview in order to judge the candidate suitability, attitude, academic and professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc before forwarding it to the client.&lt;br /&gt;•Effective Communication with the Client. Creating and maintaining database effectively and managing candidates and clients information that helps the company in a long run.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Requirements &lt;br /&gt;•Only local candidates preferred &lt;br /&gt;•At least 2 years experience in a technical research environment, search firm or in-house recruiting team dealing with end-to-end recruitment&lt;br /&gt;•Experience sourcing Operations and IT engineers a plus &lt;br /&gt;•Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills&lt;br /&gt;•Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners, candidates and agencies&lt;br /&gt;•Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure&lt;br /&gt;•Knowledge of programming languages, web technologies, software development process and emerging technologies a plus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Those who suit the above JD may send in there resumes at anuj@zyoin.com</summary>
